I entered Greentech in January 2023 as someone that had no background in solar whatsoever. That is the beauty of working here. Greentech is committed to investing in both their employees as well as their customers to make sure they have an advantage the rest of the industry may not have. I joined Greentech Renewables Stockton in October 2021 with a bachelor's degree in psychology, no solar background to speak of, and a desire to continue growing and challenging myself after feeling like I was set back professionally by the pandemic. What started as an opportunity to learn something new has changed into a career where I can still use my education and my passion to understand people, build meaningful relationships, solve problems, and help others succeed.
